'Account suspended'

    Hello.
    I've got a problem. My account has been suspended without reason. I really don't know why. Postloop seems to be great option for me - I like writing. When I saw that my account has been suspended I felt bad. Please tell me reason or unlock my account. Thanks.

    You created more than one account at Postloop. Each user is only permitted one account.

    OK, but this was my first account. I heard about postloop today from my neighbour. My IP address is not variable, everyone from my city(and tower block too-there's about 150people live here) who has internet in Vectra corp. can have the same one as me. Why didn't you ask first before closing my account? I'm so disappointed.

    Sorry, but we ultimately determine what is and what is not a duplicate account. We are basing this off of more than just your IP address.

    This is final and will not be reversed.
