Hi, I have been working here for almost a month now. I got a message I got a new rating in. Which I did, but it dropped my rating to a 3.6, but adding all the ratings up it comes to a 4.1 average according to what I have. Any idea what is going on? Thanks a ton because I really love the site! Chris
