Hey Ryan, I was looking at the forums page today and when I saw some websites with the padlock, I wanted to see what the requirements were and therefore I hovered my mouse over that icon. However, the hover box goes out of my screen and I have to scroll out and I am unable to see it as it I am not hovering that icon when I am scrolling as well? (If I made any sense there...) Here is a pic:
Hmm, works for me, well sort of. I see: "User Rating of #.## required to sub" But I do get the gist of what rating I need. What resolution are you using?
