I appear to have subscribers whom I haven't rated yet, but who are not showing in the shortlist as awaiting a rating? How do I view everyone who has subscribed to my forums please? Thanks, Shaun
Have they received credit for 5 posts at Postloop? You can't give somebody a rating until they make 5 posts. Go here: http://www.postloop.com/forums/my Click on the "i" icon next to your forum.
Yes, one in particular has made 56 posts, but I've never rated them and they haven't appeared on the list that I get when I click the link - http://www.postloop.com/users/unrated_subscribers At least I can see them all on the info page for my forums so I can rate them from there, but I'd expected them to be on the unrated page.
