Are the first 36 words the most important to get a good rating?

As the tittle suggest maybe content for good rating does not matter. Maybe it's the first 36 words. Forum owners must be overwhelmed to read each and every post or thread to give a rating so take the easy way out. If you check what posts and threads you have made are, well the first 36 words are up and running.Check it out. Anyone else have an opinion.

Not true for my part, I actually read EVERYTHING.
Might be time consuming, but atleast it gives an honest picture resulting in a fair rating.

Nope, I don't read that way either. I wait until I have a big enough block of time to give them a thorough rating.
