I have not received a notification

    I have subscribed to Postloop portal. I have also started to receive points on Postloop for posts I have made on Postloop portal, but I have yet to have a notification sent to me. Should I still be waiting for it? On postloop portal I have made 16 posts, but on my postloop account it says I only made one post on April 7th, when I actually made 11. Does the 1 count as 1 after the 10? Can someone explain this to me?

    You subscribed after you made your first 10 posts. They did not count.

    i have already subscribed and posted 14 post on postloop, but until now i havent recieve any notification on my email, can you help me with this ryan....

    i also receive alerts when i was posting and 24 hours has already past, anyway thanks for the reply
