    Basic Tips to Overcome Stress

    1. Avoid an individual whom you think causes your pressure.

    2. On the off chance that another family way of life would push you to stretch, basically return it!

    3. On the off chance that one does awful things to you at home or at work, at that point, face him and ask the purposes behind what reason.

    4. Fix the hole at the earliest opportunity among you and the individual that causes you much pressure.

    5. Acknowledge the truth when you feel that the world is fallen you down, at that point, figure out how to excuse.

    6. Solicit a piece from an exhortation from your most believed individual like your family, companions, and instructors about the things that trouble you most.

    7. Try not to treat everything excessively genuine, be adaptable consistently and unwind.

    8. Give an opportunity yourself to spend time with your companions and chuckle with them.

    9. Try not to think an excessive amount to your money related issue; rather, discover approaches to pay every one of the parties.

    10. In conclusion, concede everything to paradise, and accept that He will remove!

Regardless of what our financial status in this immense world is, we individuals live normally brimming with Stress yet it makes a difference just the manner in which how we oversee it occasionally and obviously following the fundamental ways referred to above may support a great deal.

To overcome stress, first we have to take a rest. Rest can be found in the word stress so don't forget to pause for a while, have some rest then breath in and out. It maybe difficult to overcome but we have to get out from that situation in order for us to survive or else we gain nothing. Our mind is very powerful so we have to train our mind to stay focus on positive things and happy moments in order to forget something wrong that happens. Have time for your self, stay away from people whom you think are toxic. Meditate, it improves our thinking and strengthen out spirit to fight, to counteract every stressful situation. Make sure to open things up to people whom you truly trust not just to anybody because not everyone care others are just curios. Listen to music, watch your favorite or eat your favorite food, they also releases stress. Eat sweets they'll give you happy tastes that awakens your happy hormones. Smile and don't get beaten by stress, they are just temporary sooner or later they'll be gone. You can do it.

Following are some tips to overcome stress or depression.
    1. From Meditation
    I meditate on your precepts
    and consider your ways.
    I delight in your decrees;
I will not neglect your word. —Psalm 119:15–16

    2. Prayer which is even though a lot of people struggle to feel like they’re getting it right, prayer should be an essential part of every quiet time and make your life stress free.

    3. From exercise you can reduce your stress because exercise and other physical activities produce endorphins — chemicals in the brain that act as natural painkillers — and also improve the ability to sleep, which in turn reduces stress. ... About five minutes of aerobic exercise can begin to stimulate anti-anxiety effects.

    4. Stress can be reduced through taking healthy and hygienic food as;
Salmon, Okra, Oatmeal, dark chocolate etc. can counteract the effects of the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol, which is why it is one of the best foods that reduce stress.

    5. You can diminish stress level by using medications. These days, a particular family of antidepressants known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), which includes Paxil, Prozac and Lexapro, are the most commonly prescribed anti-depressant medications for this anti-anxiety, anti-stress purpose.

I, myself, is one person who easily gets stressed even because of simple things. There were instances that I almost seek the help of a Psychiatrist to overcome it. Good thing that I first tried researching about it in the internet and asking for advice from people who experienced the same fate.

The things that worked for me are:

    1. Pray. Do it anywhere and anytime. It doesn't matter if you're elsewhere or in the middle of something. Just lift up everything to God and pray for guidance and peace of mind.

    2. Be positive. Always look at the bright side. Bear in mind that everything happens for a reason and that God will not give you something that you can not handle. Just look around you and concentrate on all the good things this life offers you and do not dwell on those that stresses you.

    3. Enjoy. Go out with friends or family, or at least talk to them so you can have someone to share your worries to. Better yet, watch a movie, dine out or go to the park, anywhere that will relax your mind and body.

    4. Exercise. Find an exercise that suits you. You can either do Zumba, jogging, swimming or cycling. Doing any of these will definitely make you happier, promote brain health and memory, and help you in your relaxation and sleep quality.

    5. Stay-away from the things that stresses you. If you can afford detaching yourself from anyone or anything that gives you so much stress, do it urgently. Always remember that life is short and worth living so make sure that you make the most of it trying to be happy and not the other way around.

    1. Do aerobic exercises like running, jogging , basketball or anything that gets your heart pacing.
    2. Eat well. Make sure your nutritional intake is at its optimum. I used a combination of Zinc, Calcium and Magnesium and it did wonders to my energy and anxiety.
    3. Sleep well. Have adequate sleep to relax both your body and mind. This goes along way of keeping stress and anxiety away during the day.

How to overcome stress? Simple. Don't even think about it. Be so indulge into doing something that you are passionate to forget about stress. Becasue once you are enjoying, only the positive energy is entering your soul and stress couldn't get in with that strong energy inside you.

    Stress RELIEF

Stress can readily be defined as our body's reaction to change. Any change that requires an adjustment or response, our body has a physical, mental or emotional response to it. And guess what? That is perfectly fine!

Our body, dynamic and resellient as it is,was desgined to experience and respond to stress. Alot of the times, said reaction is what let's us know we're alive.
With that being said, stress is nothing more than a chemical signal. It is our body's way of letting us know .. 'Hey! im a little bit uncomfortable right now.'
Being able to identify what is causing this discomfort and devising a plan of relief or relaxation is how we "OVERCOME" stress.

Social Challenges are the most common stressors of them all. Simple social triggers like a bad day at work, being stuck in traffic or getting a flat tire, have the ability to rally the best of us to the point of getting out of character.
    ....
    Take a deep breath.
Acknowldge the chemical signal as a message. Acknowldge the discomfort.
Remind yourself that it is only temporary but most importantly,it is out of your control.
Allow yourself to feel what you feel, and then let it go.

It makes perfect sense that an inconvenience can cause you stress. But situations we percieve as positive can also be stressful.
A new job? A promotion? What about getting married?
Though exciting, these can also be anxiety provoking. As will any new role in life if you are one who doesn't manage new challenges well.
So stress isn't all bad now is it? Sometimes a little discomfort pushes you to grow and become better versions of yourself. That's called Healthy stress. And simply acknowleding the difference between healthy and unhealthy stress can help you to deal with it better so that it doesn't spiral out of control.

    MEDITATION
    EXERCISE
A HEALTHY BALANCED AND NUTRITIOUS DIET
or better yet a combination of them all can surely help to eliminate unmanaged stress and its physical or emotional impact on our health.

Stress management begins with describing the sources of tension in the life. The isn’ ’t as direct as it sounds. While it’s easy to describe major stressors , e.g., changing jobs, running, or one going through the separation, pinpointing these origins of chronic stress may be more complicated. It’s all too easy to overlook how your personal opinions, beliefs, and behaviours contribute to the daily stress levels. Sure, you may realize that you’re always worried about business deadlines, but perhaps it’s the procrastination, rather than the current work requirements, that is causing the stress
