Regular exercise controls the blood pressure and cholesterol level. Exercise boosts the metabolism. My favorite exercise is bodybuilding as it motivates me a lot. I feel satisfied and fresh inside. It takes some time to get your desired physique. It is better to lose your weight through exercise rather than using harmful fat burning medicines. Exercise is a good way to live long and stay healthy.
