Holistic approach to healthy living

    Each of us need a package that has promise for maintaining good health. It could be a collection of several disciplines. The list includes allopathy, homoeopathy, ayurveda, physiotherapy, yoga, meditation,exercise, reiki the works A proper balance needs to be maintained. It would therefore be folly to only depend on a couple of disciplines.
    Every package, however, must include exercise more explicitly physiotherapy. Physiotherapy is not just for those who have been victims of accidents but to all who have the need to keep their joints well oiled.
