First, sautee garlic until golden brown and then add onion. Add the pork sautee and add a little salt and pepper. Sautee pork well before adding soy sauce and vinegar. I love it this way because it add more flavor to the meat. Simmer the pork in medium fire until the meat is soft or the sauce dries up a bit. You can add a little bit of sugar if you want it a bit sweeter, this is optional though. Best enjoyed with rice. Plate and serve.
