Yeah?! Why do some people can eat the entire ref without gaining and why I hardly eat but still gaining a lot of pound, not fair! Exercise isn't enjoyable. How can I jog without injuring myself due to over weight?

    Where do I start?

Why can I just dream I'm doing some exercise and lose weight? I get hungry the moment I get up in the morning anyway when in fact I'm basically doing nothing when I sleep. =)

Oh well, let eat to that!

First of all, I have to agree that what motivated me to lose some extra pounds was when someone made a nasty comment about my weight and appearance. I said to myself, who in this whole wide world are you to make such a nasty remark when in fact you yourself is also in the same degree as I am. You also look fat like a pig but I never utter such vicious remark.
In the long run I came to realize that losing weight would actually be beneficial to me. So I motivated myself and set some goals. I did some research as to what could assist me in this dieting journey of mine. What really works for me is counting the calories that I eat daily. I eat anything as long as I stay within my caloric budget. It really works wonders. But I can not say If it also works for other people. I have already shed about 27 pounds and I have to say that I still have a very long way to go for me to achieve my desired weight.

Losing weight. It ain't that easy but it isn't hard, its possible. Its all about changing some of your bad habits that contribute to increament of calories in your body. Exercising is one of the best, infact the best method of losing weight. Exercises burn up extra calories in your body. Maintain a complete diet, don't eat too first. If I was to give the biggest flaw of the body i would sat the stomach- brain communication. It takes about twenty minutes for the stomach to communicate to the brain on its satisfaction. Eating fast will make you eat excess. Follow this and you will achieve your desired weight. Don't forget, to lose all that weight you want to lose you have to be patient. Don't end up using drugs, drugs have side effects, note that.

Losing weight is not that easy, You need a tons of self discipline in it. More water to take, less your carbohydrates in take, take food that has less calories and the most difficult one is to avoid sweets. Second is maintaining your dicipline, change your life style by doing a regular exercise and healthy diet. If others can do it, You can do it too!

Honestly, it is as easy as Calories In vs Calories out whether you manipulate that via eating less or exercising more or both is up to you- just make sure you track your calories and weigh yourself daily and you make a weekly average and see if you're going down in weight based on that weekly average.

You don't have to starve yourself to death to lose weight. It's all about self control, discipline and eating the right kind of food. So here are the things you should eat to lose weight.

    1. Whole Eggs - eggs are high in protein, nutrients and healthy fats. They also make you feel full, so you'll end up eating less.

    2. Salmon - it is high in protein . It contains an amount of omega 3 fatty acids which reduces inflammation.

    3. Cottage Cheese - contains protein and very little carbohydrates and fats. I suggest mixing it with fruit like paches and bananas.

    4. Avocado - Avocados are rich in healthy fats. It contains monounsaturated oleic acid which can also be found in olive oil.

    5. Boiled Potatoes - potatoes are delicious and filling, it's loaded with potassium which helps control blood pressure. It also contains a wide variety of nutrients that our body need.

So there you have it. Foods to help you shed the pounds with less effort.

Losing weight is challenging! You have to eat a balanced diet thats 1500-2000 calories and a 60 minute cardio workout every day. Start making healthier meals by steaming your vegetables and grilling your meat. You should use olive oil, coconut oil to make marinades for your meat and to make a healthy salad dressings. Eat only fresh produce and drink a 2l filtered bottle water every day to stay hydrated. Exercise with your friends or family they will alway motivate you. That's how I lost 40kg in 7 months.

Everything that I've retained (and managed to use) regarding weight loss came from watching "The Biggest Loser". It's a bit corny, but the coaches on that show used to do a great job of making the participants question WHY they needed to lose the weight in the first place. In other words, I believe there are underlying emotional reasons for weight gain, and addressing them is oftentimes the first step to sustained weight loss. After that, in most cases, it's simple math-- calories in vs. calories out. From my experience, exercise can't really be discounted. At one point in my life I used to run (uphill/downhill) around 5 miles per day. When I started the morning with this kind of work out my day fell into place. I was more careful with what I consumed without having to count every last calorie. More than that, the strenuous exercise really gave me time to consider some of the emotional reasons I had gained weight.

The best advice that I received about dieting was from Jillian Michaels when she starred in "The Biggest Loser". Jillian was really great at making the contestants question why they had gained the weight in the first place. Afterwards, the contestants were able to channel their emotional pain while they challenged their bodies physically in the gym. This might seems a bit corny, but it made me reflect on my own weight loss journey. After the emotional component, dieting seems like simple math: calories in vs. calories out. The specifications can be different for each individual, but ultimately, dealing with emotional pain helps you commit to maintaining a healthy lifestyle--however your body defines it.

Oh my God! Trying to lose weight for several years really gave me a difficult time. Actually up to this moment I really am eager to lose weight. I really hate doing it even though I know that it what boys wants. I tried exercising and ended up vomiting after exhausting myself to climb a 450 steps stairs. I tried going to a liposuction clinic and ended up going home hopeless because it's too expensive. I tried to drink different kinds of slimming pills and end up wasting my money without any satisfaction from the result. I tried everything but nothing happens. One day I realized, why would I need to lose weight if I can be sexy in many ways. Sometimes you just need confidence to stand up, face the world and shout out that "I'M SEXY"!

If you're overweight and are looking to lose weight, congratulations! You've taken a step towards living a healthy lifestyle. Keep in mind that losing weight is not rocket science. Losing weight should come naturally and is a mindset that comes with consistency. You may falter every now and then and feel guilty after having taken a great meal. But that's that! Just savor that fact that you had a great meal, then move on! That should not stop you from pursuing your goal of losing weight.

So how do you lose weight? Simple. First of all, eat on time. Second, breakfast should be the heaviest meal. Then tapering of to a lighter meal for lunch. And dinner should be the lightest meal. Go ahead and eat anything, in moderation please. Do not deprive yourself or you'll find yourself craving for all sorts of food. Third is to spend time pushing your body to sweat and get the heart pumping. Spend at least an hour a day twice a week doing a cardio workout like walking or jogging, combined with stretching from head to foot, and a bit of muscle toning as well from head to foot, all compressed in that one hour workout per day.

Living healthy is a mindset and should be something you look forward to. Start of with the proper mindset and your off to a great start! Couple this with consistency and you should find yourself trimming down. Don't be too conscious of the weighing scale! Just do it!

When it comes to weight loss exercising is your best friend. If you have not exercised in a long time and you are out of shape start out by exercising at least 10 minutes a day. Then you can add on to 30 minutes to an hour everyday. You can also do aerobic exercising like walking, swimming, and cycling. I would that aerobic exercising has many benefits like strengthening your heart, gives you more energy, and boost's your metabolism so that you can burn more calories even when you are not exercising. I think thats how you loose weight.

I have a wieght issue. I want to lose weight ever since i labored my first baby. But it seems to be very difficult for me. I don't even work to lose wieght. For me, people lose weight by balancing the meals they take and taking exercise regularly.

We may always think that it is too hard to lose weight especially if we regularly eat three times a day. Then let me tell you something that your thinking is wrong. You can lose weight it is possible. You just need to be to study and watch proper tutorials on how to lose weight easy. For me to lose weight you need to drink a lot of water every day. Water helps us lose weight. Then you need to do proper exercise. When you do exercise you must be consistent to make progress in what you are doing. You can play your sports every day for example I play basketball every day. You can also do working out at the gym or at your home. You can also do jugging and running. You can also make your hobbies useful like biking, using longboard or skate boards, walking instead of using your vehicle every time you will need to go somewhere. In order to lose weight, you must have a proper diet. Eat healthy foods, eat healthy fruits and avoid drinking alcoholic drinks, don’t drink too much soft drinks and you can drink milk, milo or coffee.
Proper sleep or sleeping more than 8 hours a day helps your body to be healthier. I can conclude that it is possible to lose weight in just a month you just need to study and be wise and put discipline in what you want and need to do.

If you really want to loose weight, there are some things that needs to be consider. first is your metabolism many people wonder how come she doesn't increase weight even if she eats too much second is your lifestyle what are you doing for a change or how is your everyday life working and third are you healthy? because even though you are a thin person it does not mean you are healthy than would totally depend on your stamina ability to work and besides it does not matter if your big or small what matter's most is are you happy of the way you are living today.

I actually not on the diet but I loose some weight this summer. How? I read about insulin index and this works for me. Insulin index is the rise of sugar on every time you eat and it you make sure that the level of sugar would not rise then you body will not produce excess fats from the excess sugar you intake. Sugar is burned by fat so a high fat foods is better that high sugar foods. (Well this is still in moderation) so I cut out my carbs and started eating more fat that carbs (this is not ketogenic diet) and added more vegetables, leafy vegetables. And there this guode that we should not eat if we are not hungry. Some say it's bad, some says it's good but for me personally it is good. I'm a 160lbs then my weight went down to 150lbs with exercise. I think diets are more on what works for you don't make you body do what you want, make you body choose what is right for you.

The best diet that worked out for me is this:

I eat everything i want. In small amount, and i eat slowly. I usually eat a cup of rice with meat and veggies. After a week of eating slowly, i noticed that i am already full with just a half cup of rice. Whenever i am hungry or i crave for food, i eat. In small amounts though. I wanted pizza, i eat a slice for 15 minutes. Take small, almost a pinch per bite. When eating a meal, fill only half the spoon. Now, i only eat a quarter of a cup of rice, and i can barely finish one burger. I feel full, and satisfied for not holding back on my cravings. In 2 months i lost 12 kgs. Now i am maintaining it.

Weight loss is very difficult. I am currently in the middle of my most real weight transformation. Instead of looking at every day as hard, look at every day as one step closer to your goal. I found that the hardest part of this is how long it actually takes. It can feel like nothing is happening because the results are so slow. I am motivated by my desire to look good and to feel good. The small results are huge steps to keep you going.
Start with small steps, such as cutting back a few hundred calories or walking more. Then slowly increase those to eating healthier and finding 10-20 minutes a day for 3-4 times a week for an exercise that you enjoy.
Also, find a few different ways to measure your results so that you can keep yourself motivated. I not only weigh myself, but I measure my hip/waist measurements every month. That way, when I feel like 3-5 pounds of weight loss in a month isn't much compared to my goal, when I see that I've lost an inch somewhere it lets me know that I'm doing things right and getting closer to my final destination. Everyone's journey is different and I hope that my input helps!

I believe the best way to loose weight is to simply begin eating less & eating more healthy. Unfortunately for a lot of people this is very difficult & they can not make that change in their lives & will not loose weight & become healthier. It is best to avoid foods such as dairy, processed foods, preservatives & chemicals in food, white bread, flour, salt and most of all sugar. Than slowly transition to eating more raw & fresh foods such as vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts with variety of colors as different colors provide different nutrition with green being essential. Finally some exercise is essential as well, the more the better.

If you want to lose weight you just need three things:

    1. Be in a calorie deficit. In order to lose weight you must consume less calories than what you usually consume. There are a lot of calculators on the internet that can help you determine how much calories you should consume to lose the extra weight.

    2. Do strength training. Strength training has been proven to be more effective in losing weight. Also strength training not only makes you stronger but it also helps preventing loose skin. Do not be afraid to lift weights if you are a woman because IT WILL NOT MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE DWAYNE JOHNSON. Women do not have enough testosterone to achieve a bulky body. Also make sure that you do compound movements like Bench Press, Squats, Dead Lifts, and Pull ups because it uses all your muscles in one movement which develops muscles. Muscles helps burning more fat.

    3. Consistency and Discipline.

Weight loss is also the hardest thing I have faced. It isn't so much the working out part that gets me, It's the eating right and drinking enough water. I do not have it in me to stay away from all of the yummy cupcakes and sodas! I would also love to know where and how to find the motivation to eat healthy and take care of my body. I've tried so many times to completely cut down/out the caffeine, white foods, and sweets, but it seems nearly impossible!

People lose weight in several ways but based on my own experience, I can say that by disciplining yourself on proper food to eat and daily exercise is the key in loosing weight.

  23. The primary thing that you ought to do is to get your specialist's freedom for work out. Solicit them what level from force would be proper given your restorative history and whether they approve of you doing cardio, quality preparing, or both. At last, a blend of cardio and quality preparing is ideal for weight reduction, yet beginning with either is okay. On the off chance that your specialist clears you for work out, you will probably need to begin gradually... conceivably with just 10 mins for every day a couple of days for each week. You in all likelihood will encounter more weariness than expected; it requires some investment and persistence for your body to develop quality and continuance, so expect more than 'ordinary' weakness toward the start. When you feel that 10 mins is reasonable, step by step increment your activity time.

For both eating regimen and exercise, it might be a smart thought to record what you eat and what you improve the situation work out. Along these lines you can think back and see what works and what doesn't work.

Well losing weight is a matter of discipline. You need to know what you really want and why do you want it. Think about all the reasons why do you want to lose weight you can write them down as a reminder to yourself. You need to have a realistic expectation, losing weight is also a matter of time, don't expect that you will lose much weight in 1 week or two weeks of dieting or exercising because it will only frustrate you and stop you on your real goal. Focus on your target weight and take your time, because if you reach your self-determined goal you're more likely to maintain your weight loss long-term. Remember that you need to discipline yourself in order for you to achieve your goals. Keep Goin'.

First of all, the obvious answer to this question is to have a proper diet along with an effective exercise. In other words, a healthy lifestyle. However, in my experience, losing weight would be always difficult to accomplish if you do not have the will and spirit to do it. In some cases, consistency is the problem. For an instance, you are only motivated during the beginning but will eventually give up once you've already experienced the challenging phases of dieting and exercising. Thus, I personally believe that in order to lose weight, you should definitely need to incorporate your passion and dedication on what you do in order to lose weight. Do not give up until you achieve your desired weight because I know that it will not only affect your health but also, will boost up your self-confidence. Trust me, I've been there. In conclusion, remember the formula of healthy lifestyle + passion = a higher chance of losing weight. Good luck! ;)

If you are struggling to lose weight, let me turn on to something I've just learned. I went to see a 'functional dr.' and I learned not only did I have unbelievable amounts of lead in my system, making me terribly sluggish, but I also have a twin genetic mutation, referred to as MTHFR, which keeps me from detoxing said lead in my system. I have been on a detox for a month, along with a mineral supplement, and cannot believe how much better I'm starting to feel! Detox will be for three months, and that's how long the product I'm taking will last. The minerals only last a month. So I have to re-supply.

So if you're like me and struggling to take off weight, it may not be completely your fault! I highly recommend you find a good 'functional dr.' to see and have them test your genes. I imagine, if they are good they will want to do so without you even asking.

    Best wishes!!!

Based on my own experience I loose weight by eating the right kind of food which means avoiding eating junk foods, fast foods and processed foods. At the same time doing regular exercise everyday. My diet also includes drinking more than 8 glasses of water in a day. And always reminding my self that what I eat could affect my body in so many ways, good or bad ways.
