There are many ways we can stay healthy. Examples are -Eating balanced diets at all times. -Eating fruits regularly as u can. -Exercise too. -Drinking lots of water like up to 6cups a day. -Staying away from germs by making sure that you take your baths and with antiseptics. -keep a clean environment. -stay away from gaseous environments. -Visit the hospital 2-3months for check up. When all these are carried out, there won't be any problem living a healthy life.
