How to deal with depression? The feeling of helplessness, rejected, left behind, misunderstood and judged by other people. Depression is a silent killer, many people ended their lives because of this mental illness.

Depression can kill people. Depression is when you feel that everything is too hard. When you feel so low and the joy is no longer with you, you might think your worth. Depression is initially a reaction. A reaction to a life that you never imagined would be yours. It is an acceptance of how things are or were. A deep sadness and regret and even much more. For anyone who can read this that can relate this kind of situation, all you need to do is trust our God and accept that the way you feel is temporary phase.

Do not define yourself just because the doctor told you that you have it. Meditation helps there are other ways to treat depression than just medicines. Open up your spirituality that builds peace of mind.

That is all part of depression. If you truly want things to get better, you must find out the root. Go deep into yourself and figure out the cause. Once you do, you can then figure out a plan to help yourself. Step by step, you will get yourself back to being happy. Know that you are not alone. You may physically be alone but mentally and even virtually, you are not alone. There are plenty of websites and companies that could help you. Even if it is a pet, just talk and let it all out. Clear your shoulders of debris so you can fly to your happy place.
