what would you choose
A plant-based diet for sure. I think people eat meat more for its taste than for its nutrition. Unfortunately, taste and nutrition seem to be going in opposite directions. A plant-based diet is the best option is you care about your health.
I know plant-based diet is always a better choice, but I just hate the taste, and it's hard to execute the plant-based diet, you have to cook yourself and I'm lazy ...
But anyway, it's important to take the balance of your diet, get all kind of nutrition, and I think it will be the easiest and best way to execute.
Somebody has to help curl these cattle whose fats cause global warming lol! Besides animals taste good and science has proven to know very little about consumption of animals and health. I believe that anything we’ve been doing for the last 100,000 as a routine must be god for us.
