    The fountain of youth.

    A little known secret in western society, pertaining to the fountain of youth, consists of two simple ingredients :

    Diet and water.

    Eating an exclusively raw food vegetarian diet and drinking fresh rainwater harvested from the sky, is the secret shared by Annette Larkins, who at 70 years of age, doesn't look a day over 40.     There are some simple steps to staying youthful. Drink lots of water, stay out of the sun, exercise regularly, eat veggies/fruits, and get 8 hours of sleep a night. These are all simple everyday instructions. If you want to take it a step further....well I have instructions for that too. =). Limit your alcohol use, use an eye and face cream with retinol at night, don't smoke, always use an spf, practice yoga, meditate regularly, get facials, and stay positive. Also remember youth is beyond the external. If you stay happy and stay young at heart....it will show in every aspect of your life...
