    This was very helpful! Vitamin C is so important even for healthy glowing skin. It is in a lot of beauty products that claim to help make skin plump and young. Daily dose is key!

    I always drink vitamin c everyday because it can help my immune system strong, specially my work is graveward shift. Even im sick i just drink vitamin c and lots of water everyday..

    Vitamine C is vital for humans health it is an antioxidant that you find in citrus and several other resources, it helps prevent heart diseases such as high blood pressure, helps producing collagen,helps with cholesterol,diabetes,anemia, lowers the levels of histamine wich means less skin inflamations ,in other words it helps with psoriasis,eczema...etc.
    Researchers confirmed that Vitamine C also helps repair the tissue and reduce damage from inflammation and help prevent acute respiratory infections,tuberculosis,reduce blood uric acid levels , Gout Attacks and may as well reduce the risk of some cancers, it helps prevent Iron deficiencies by improving iron absorption, boosts immunity by helping white blood cells function better and protects memory as you age.

    Vitamin C is essential to boost our immunity. It helps fight out disease-causing organisms. When combine with zinc, both are potent immunity builders. thus, lessen the risks of harbouring illness.
    It is also a potent antioxidants that is very good in cleaning our body.
    Vitamin C also helps in a much faster absorption of iron.
    overall, vitamin C is a great contribution to our body so never miss on taking it on a daily dose. It comes in many forms, whether in supplements or natural foods.

    Vitamin C is essential for our body's immunity. It acts as strong defense against disease-causing microorganism that might invade our body most especially when combined with Zinc. Vitamin C is also a powerful antioxidant needed to cleanse our body. Nowadays, it is incorporated in many cosmetic products as it is beneficial for skin whitening. In addition to this, Vitamin C is taken to help our body absorb iron faster.
