Weight gain, until when are you going to stop?

    Eating too much or less my body still continue to expand and I can't help it. I tried to exercise and limit my food intake but it takes 6-1 year before I start losing weight. I'm tired and I guess I'm hopeless when it comes to this kind of issue.

    Are you counting your calories? If so, are you doing it accurately? There are a lot of useful apps for weight loss that can help you do this easily - I highly recommend MyFitnessPal. I suggest calculating the amount of calories you need in a day (there are many sites online to do this) and then creating a deficit by eating a certain amount less each day. Make sure to track everything you eat (drinks, the sugar in your coffee, fruit) and use a food scale for accuracy. You can even eat a certain diet if that helps, possibly keto or HCLF.

    I know that it's hard right now but if you put the work in, you'll see results :)
