Being stress is definitely a no no! Life is very much shorter as it is especially when you are stressed out. Nowadays, there is so much you can choose from to be relieved off from it. When I get stressed, I normally pray first. Then everything else follows. I would sing my heart out, clean the house and sweat it out, write about it on my diary, go out with my family and just have fun. Then counting my blessings and thank the Almighty for everything.
