What is your favorite easy meal?

    I like to use cooked white quinoa, mix it with some coconut oil and quinoa flakes and stirfry with onion, garlic, and chilli. It's delicious and tastes like fried rice. It's great to add more vegetables like carrot, peas, broccoli, or whatever you have at home.
