I usually write the content 100% myself, but sometimes there are topics I'm not an expert on. Should I outsource this kind of writing? If yes, what are good sites to find people to outsource it?

I always recommend doing the research yourself, using a local library to study for free, or there are many sources online in which you can use for references. Ultimately, if you're a freelancer and you're freelancing your work, it becomes a little redundant.

There are tons of sources for content. Verblio and UpWork come to mind, for sure. If you hire a professional writer, they'll be able to do the needed research and write authoritatively on the subject.

Actually, there are loads of sources to get freelancers to write your content. Fiverr, Upwork, Iwriter, or even a place like linkedin. I would say that's pretty easy to achieve.
