My favorite smoothie recipe is simply weird yet very nutritious. It has frozen strawberries which are anti-oxidants, honey, soy milk, yogurt and avocado. It tasted weird at first sip but I liked it before I finished a full glass of it. I chose to add avocado as I have read that it has every vital nutrients for your body. I also see to it that my smoothie helps with my skin's appearance. Whenever hitting the gym, I would add a generous amount of protein shake to it. I chose honey over sugar as it is organic. Apart from being a healthier option, I chose soy milk over a regular milk as it taste better. Overall, this smoothie keeps me full for a longer time. It greatly helps an Asian like me who eats rice on every meal.
